Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functioning of the systems. - Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. - Participate in incident management and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Account Management. - Experience in incident management and problem management processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
