As Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization at Donaldson SAS. Reporting directly to Management, you will oversee and continuously improve logistics operations while contributing to innovative, customer-focused supply chain strategies. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a fast-growing, performance-driven organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound flows
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods across the supply chain
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory control
• Lead, supervise, and develop logistics teams
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, production, and sales teams
• Negotiate contracts and performance with transport providers and suppliers
• Define and monitor logistics KPIs to track performance and service levels
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Develop innovative logistics strategies aligned with market and customer needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role
• Proven experience managing logistics operations and teams
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and flow management systems
• Proficiency with logistics and supply chain IT tools
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and cost control
• Experience working with transport providers and external partners
• Ability to analyze data and manage complex operational projects
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of performance management and KPI development
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards in logistics operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• High level of organization, rigor, and autonomy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities
