Job Description:

Performs assignments that contribute to production scheduling, projection of inventory requirements, data reporting and analysis within established policies and procedures.

•  Activities include:
• (a) assembling sales forecasts, actual demand figures, service statistics and related information to prepare, implement and monitor production schedules that meet customer demand.
• (b) scheduling equipment/ machine based on capacity; and
• (c) ordering and allocating forecasted materials.

Monitors inventory levels for assigned product lines. Provides material requirements planning, accurate reporting, cycle and physical inventory counts and monthly reconciliations.

Resolves back-order situations, reduces excess inventory and slow-moving items as necessary.

Monitors buffers for inventory in anticipation of demand variations associated with promotions, seasonality, and major account conversions.

Verifies Just-In-Time delivery procedures with vendors. Assists in the implementation of programs to foster cost reduction and improve critical cycle time.

Utilizes plant, division and corporate logistics information systems for accurate reporting, material usage, transactions, maintaining

production and planning data. Participates in the update of automated information systems.

Others as Supervisor assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor' degree above.
• Have working experience production control, line management or in the data field is preferred.
• Work in FDI company is preferred.
• Experience with SAP/ERP/MES system is preferred.
• Proactive attitude for productive collaboration and teamwork
• Possesses good communication skills through email and phone
• Able to work under high pressure and strict deadlines.
• Be patient, active, responsible, hard-working, and accurate at work.
• Sense of business to support daily business requirements
• Good English language skills, able to use English in daily email communication.
• Good at using Excel for handling data in a warehouse environment
