The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Director of Resilience Risk Management (RRM) and will play a leading role in driving the delivery of Operational Resilience (OpRes) outcomes across Digital Securities and Markets (DSM). As part of the first line of defence, RRM holds the responsibility for resilience risk, partnering closely with the Accountable Executives (AE) and Business Service Managers (BSM) across each product line to identify, assess, and remediate risks while ensuring full Regulatory compliance.
In this role, the Senior Analyst will take end‑to‑end ownership of key resilience activities and programmes, ensuring the effective delivery, oversight, and governance of all RRM initiatives and BAU resilience responsibilities. They will be accountable for ensuring the organisation meets all resilience requirements under current and emerging regulation including the UK’s PS21/3 and the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). The role spans multiple resilience dimensions (technology, data, cyber, people, property, and third‑party suppliers), making strong technical insight and a deep understanding of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation essential. The Senior Analyst will work directly with partners across business, technology, and operations within DSM and the wider LSEG Group to influence decision‑making and drive timely resolution of resilience risks.
As RRM expands geographically, the Senior Analyst will also play a key role in coaching, guiding, and developing team members outside London to ensure a consistently high‑performing culture and aligned ways of working across all locations.
