About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life across multiple disciplines. You’ll conceptualise, create, and deliver impactful designs for print, digital, and promotional materials including brochures, flyers, exhibition stands, packaging, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities efficiently to ensure they are all delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Conceptualise, design and create assets applicable to specified Subject Matter Expert area and other assets as agreed as agreed with Manager to support individual development.
• Manage all workload through Workzone, accurately capturing time and prioritising tasks to achieve set deadlines.
• Create custom dispenser designs according to company processes, whilst ensuring design aesthetics are aligned with print production and print-area constraints.
• Proactively support the ‘Quick Drop’ process by actively actioning tasks in line with the process.
• Interpret and where applicable, challenge the client’s brief to develop a visual concept to suit their goals.
• Proof-read assets prior to delivery to ensure all work produced is accurate and of high-quality.
• Communicate effectively with all clients to keep them up to date with project/task milestones and deadline dates.
• Proactively seek self-development opportunities and upskill to support the design development and marketing strategy.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Experience working as a multi-skilled Designer in an in-house design team or agency.
• Experience in designing for print and digital.
• Minimum intermediate skill level in Adobe Creative Suite software, Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.
