Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee the testing and deployment of applications, ensuring their functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during the development process. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application development process. - Assist in the estimation and planning of projects, ensuring timely delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. - Document and maintain technical specifications and user manuals for applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Rockwell, Rockwell Automation Software. - Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes and systems. - Experience in designing and implementing MES solutions. - Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems. - Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and their integration with ERP systems. - Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to analyze complex manufacturing data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based at our Pune office. - Any Degree, BE, MCA, BTech, MTech is required.
