This is a mission essential position in which the Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing continuous monitoring of mission system, performing break/fixes, creating tickets in Jira, performing troubleshooting based on SOP, confluence pages, and past ticket notes, and escalate as necessary, as well as documentation utilizing Confluence for tracking and knowledge transfer. Currently the schedule for this position is core hours from 10:00am-2:00pm, however candidates must have flexibility in their schedule.
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
