This at-will position is responsible for the overall sales, marketing, operations, and profitability.  Management and development of the team, achieving sales objectives, creating new marketing and adjusting existing marketing as the market changes, responsible for the oversight and execution of all client services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction levels.

Essential Functions:

  • Day-to-day operations.
  • Staff hiring, training, and supervision, including performance reviews that design a career path for each staff member.
  • Selling and marketing
  • Effective leasing within discount parameters when applicable
  • Setting all sales, marketing, and profitability goals for the locations
  • Vendor relations
  • Center maintenance
  • Developing property management contacts

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Room reports and furniture setups
  • New client paperwork and maintain files
  • Accounts payable coding
  • Security deposit refunds
  • Budget preparation for locations
  • New client orientation
  • Daily Deposits
  • Correct billing and timely collections through use of proper procedures
  • Oversee conference room bookings, setup, and billing coordination
  • Maintaining credit and collections policies
  • Vendor relations
  • Telephone and voicemail programming
  • Auditing month-end telecommunications billing to ensure all revenue is captured
  • Compiling and timely submission of all reports to management
    • Payroll
    • NOI’s
    • Month End Reports
    • Any Other Miscellaneous Report Requested

OTHER DUTIES

  • Work as a team with the Regional Director, where applicable
  • Apply creative thinking to client projects
  • Gain confidence & trust of team members and clients
  • Setup client information for billing
  • Conduct staff meetings
  • Prospect follow-up calls

Safety Responsibilities:

  • Learn and ensure compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
  • Ensures that unsafe conditions are reported immediately to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of day to day operations of a center
  • Expertise in staff management
  • Participation in special projects when needed
  • Ability to sell and market to a diverse client base
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Solid financial skills
  • Computer skills should include MS Word, Excel, Voyager, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 2 years business experience preferably in real estate, retail, hospitality or sales environment
  • Knowledge of operations and staff management a must
  • Four year degree preferable:           
  • Reasoning, remembering, mathematics, language ability and high school diploma

  • Hearing – Ability to receive detailed information through oral and telephonic communication
  • Talking – Expressing ideas by means of spoken word
  • Vision – Ability to see and read
  • Crouching, kneeling, standing, climbing, stooping, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting
