Job Title: Pipe in Pipe (PIP) Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Pipe in Pipe (PIP) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of pipe-in-pipe systems within the LNG facility. This role ensures that all piping systems are installed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate all PIP activities, including planning, scheduling, and executing projects to ensure timely completion.
- Design Review: Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve PIP designs, ensuring they meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation of PIP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and performance of PIP systems.
- Safety Management: Ensure all PIP activities comply with safety regulations and best practices, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all PIP activities, including design documents, installation records, and maintenance logs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of PIP systems with other facility components.
-Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation and operation of PIP systems.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in piping design, installation, and coordination, preferably in the LNG or oil and gas industry.
- Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, proficiency in CAD software, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications are a plus. 

Work Conditions:

  1. Job is performed in an industrial plant environment.
  2. Limited travel and temporary assignment required as business conditions dictate.
  3. Subject to drug & alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations or as required by Venture Global LNG.
  4. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, work at height above ground on stairs and catwalks, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, smell, type and write. 
  5. Must be able to board a ship via a gangway, climb to the top of a tank (200+ steps), scale vertical steel ladder up to forty feet or more in height and lift and move objects weighting up to 30 pounds.
  6. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work indoors & outdoors, and be exposed to year-around weather conditions, ocean environment, and noise. There is a considerable number of outdoor activities involved.
  7. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  8. Required to pass regularly scheduled physical examinations mandated by regulatory authorities.
