Job Summary:

This position is a key role managing the support of our advanced ERP & CRM systems and strategically enhance operations activities within the worldwide Center of Excellence.

The ERP & CRM manager drives a team of project managers and applications experts responsible for the design and implementation of best-in class processes and tools and drive Transformation projects to meet business goals of scaling the Industrial Org, working in strong partnership with IT teams and the Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business applications support and ongoing operation.
  • People management: attract, retain and develop a team of high performers in the different areas.
  • Improvement plan management: gather business requirements, prioritize, assign resources and monitor execution and management of change of a portfolio of projects of different sizes linked to several functional areas.
  • Keep awareness of various IT solutions available within HP as well as emerging IT market standards to leverage them as per the business requirements
  • Trough his/her team, develop processes and IT solutions complementary to what the IT teams provide, securing consistency with IT roadmap and avoiding effort duplication
  • Comply with all IT standards, policies and business guidelines regarding information security and management of IT systems/processes under his/her scope.
  • Drive Management of Change across the organization to secure adoption of the various solutions deployed.
  • Train and support users on ERP & CRM functionality, ensuring they leverage the system effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and provide actionable insights based on data analytics.
  • Stay updated on new features and industry best practices to continually improve system usage.
  • Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.

Other Responsibilities

  • May be involved in other business applications projects or support such as sales compensation, CPQ, and improving our analytic capabilities.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve Industrial Print Sales efficiency via tools or processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent (Telecom Eng, Industrial eng.)
  • 5+ years of related work experience with 5 years of people management
  • IT Vendor management experience
  • Exposure to IT solutions as: Data Bases (SQL…), Reporting platforms (PowerBI, Tableau…), ERP (SAP, QAD…), CPQ, CRM (MS Dynamics…), Workflow (ServiceNow, Jira…)  and technology trends like Cloud, As-a-Service
  • Proven experience with at least one of the three - Microsoft Dynamics Sales, QAD or SAP is a plus.
  • Business acumen: knowledge of Sales Operations and business-related functions
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, and conflict resolution.
  • Advanced project / program management experience including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
  • Analytical, structured, problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Proactive, self-motivation look for alternatives to get things done in complex technical or business scenarios
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Relationship building and partnership on technical and business level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on knowledge of IT Infrastructure operations and/or software application development projects
  • Agile development methodology
  • Exposure / certification on Process and Quality management methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and BlackBelt
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate).
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP)
  • Previous experience in working with automation, RPA, BI, or analytics initiatives is desirable.
