Role Summary:
Flowserve is looking for a technically engaged Trainee, a Masters or Bachelor graduate with maximum two years of work experience after graduation. As a trainee at Flowserve you will work in two years time on four different projects at various departments throughout the company.

Where you will be working on optimizations of processes in interdisciplinary teams through out the organization and entire value chain.

Responsibilities
Together with the Trainee Program Manager you will set out the goals you want to achieve. Your personal goals will determine which projects are matching with your background and personal interests.

• You will be responsible for the preliminary investigation on the project

• You will set goals and achievements

• You are the driving force of the project and will be coached by the various department manager and trainee manager

• In each project you are working on deliverables and the implementation of the (business) improvements

Your profile:

You are an energetic person who takes ownership. You are highly motivated, procrastinating and being hesitant do not apply to you. Strong in communication but even stronger in establishing authentic relationships with the people around you. You take accountability for your performance. What are we looking for:

• Technical studies (Bachelor or Master) Mechanical, Industrial Engineering

• Fluency in written and spoken Dutch and English

• Good computer skills and affinity with digitization and technology

• Strong and friendly communication and team skills

• Affinity for the area’s technology, office and operations

• You are an energetic and joyful person wit a ‘’Can-Do’’ mentality
