The Verifications Manager will support the Verifications Team and by extension our Customers via offering real-time support and development to the Verifications Team.  The

In addition to supporting the Ver Team, the manager will interface with other departments, such as Customer Service and EFG, to properly facilitate Customer Support and to protect OMF’s assets. 

In the Role

  • Effectively supervise the Verifications team
  • Appropriately communicate with leadership and stakeholders
  • Conduct monthly development plans and deliver detailed feedback conversations for performance improvement.
  • Review of call quality monitors and follow-up with team members as needed.
  • Daily and monthly review of team member metrics and stats.
  • Provide coaching, direction, training, counseling and support for team members as needed. 
  • Actively assist or facilitate new hire training
  • Establish accountability cadence to ensure team members meet or exceed individual and support efforts to meet or exceed team goals.
  • Help produce daily worklists and properly track production
  • Actively participate in recruiting and retention activities.
  • Assess, evaluate and make recommendations regarding capacity, work lists and procedures
  • Maintain an understanding of the departmental systems, policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High School / GED Diploma
  • 4+ years of call center experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • An in-depth understanding of the Verifications Teams P&P and goals
  • Customer Service and Fraud experience highly preferred
  • The ability to coach, develop and lead Verification team members
  • A high degree of self-management to successfully prioritize workflow and apply strategic techniques to identify process improvements.
  • Interpretation of procedures and instructions to choose the best resolution alternative.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
