About Our Team
The Labour Management team maintains the Labour program for ~1000 stores across our business from coast to coast. We partner and work closely with the Operations team to ensure we stay current with what’s happening in our stores. As processes change and new programs are introduced within our stores, we update our Labour program to ensure we allocate the right amount of Labour across all store departments and deploy labour spend effectively. We believe in building trust and credibility with the teams that we partner with, not just by striving for excellence, but also based on how we deliver results. We focus on making the right decisions for our customers, colleagues, and the business. You can expect to work on high-impact, large scale initiatives while learning the core of our business operations. We get all of this done while enjoying what we do and having fun along the way!
About The Role
