Position Summary

The Plumbing Dispatcher coordinates service calls, supports field technicians, and ensures customers receive timely, professional service. This role is the communication hub between customers, technicians, and internal staff.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and gather job details

• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and location

• Communicate appointment times, updates, and changes to customers

• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed

• Maintain accurate work orders and customer records

• Support team communication and daily operations

• Deliver a 5-star customer experience with every interaction

Qualifications

• Dispatching or scheduling experience in plumbing, HVAC, or service industry preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organization and multitasking ability

• Comfortable with computers and dispatch software

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
