Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator in Farmington, Missouri.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient scheduling for designated programs and service lines within our electronic health records system. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, collaborating with clinical teams, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain schedules for designated programs and service lines within the electronic health records system
• Review providers' schedules, coordinate with Client Contact Services, and rectify any issues
• Assist with caseload management and maintenance
• Collaborate with clinical teams on caseload management, schedule utilization, and discharge protocols
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines when interacting with clients and coworkers
• Generate reports to coordinate appointments across the system
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Office setting experience preferred
Additional Qualifications:
• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect
• Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
• Proficient in reading, interpreting documents, and writing routine reports
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to address diverse groups clearly
• Mathematical abilities, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
• Problem-solving skills, with a common-sense understanding of instructions and procedures
• Ability to follow directions and accept supervision
