We're looking for a Judging Operations Executive to join our team in London as part of our Judging Operations function.

Your Role:  You will work within the LIONS Judging Operations team to assist in all aspects of the operational management of awards processing, judging and other related tasks and responsibilities, with the sole purpose of upholding the integrity of the Lion and regional awards.

You will directly support the Judging Operations and Delivery Leads and act as a first point of contact for all related judging issues. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class judging experience while demonstrating high levels of operational and administrative efficiency at all times.

This is an entry level role ideal for persons looking to build operational and database expertise for a company servicing the creative community. 

Candidates must be available to work during 9th - 22nd June at Cannes Lions whether in a physical or digital environment. Candidates may also be expected to travel to regional festivals in Vietnam (March) and Dubai (April).

Key Responsibilities 

  • Accountable for the entry processing and customer queries for a range of Lions, through the management of seasonal staff for Cannes Lions

  • Responsible for entry processing and customer queries for LIONS regional awards (Dubai Lynx, Spikes Asia and WARC Awards)

  • Accountable for the supervision of juries for Cannes Lions through the management of seasonal staff

  • Administration and supervision of juries for LIONS regional awards (Dubai Lynx, Spikes Asia and WARC Awards)

  • Meticulous quality control of entries prior to on-site judging. Preparing entry materials, analysis, assisting with ownership of timelines and schedules

  • Managing the onsite (if applicable) operations for entries before group judging commences

  • Presentation of the entries to the jury and providing direct support to the appointed jury President and jurors

  • Testing of entry systems

  • You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced

Your Experience

  • Initiative, self-motivated, manages time effectively and sets own goals 

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, able to compose professional and articulate emails, with a confident and helpful telephone manner

  • Ability to take direction working within a team and confidence to take on a management role when required

  • Efficient and hard-working, with capacity to undertake varied ad hoc tasks

  • Personable and approachable 

  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive and all of its applications
