WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Within the Operations Business Integration Team, we are further developing Nike EMEA Operations foundation and creating future to support growing Nike Business. As Operations Business Process Lead EMEA, you will provide business expertise to enable Nike EMEA’s Supply Chain Transformation and Business Integration as part of wider Operational Excellence Team. You contribute to building new Supply Chain capabilities and ensure go-live readiness across people, process and technology.

You will utilize your strong operations, technical, and project management skills to enable program and solution delivery against our operational KPI’s (Resilience, Responsive, Responsible and Efficient). You co-create and lead a robust, agile operating model across Supply Chain, EMEA Business, Global EPO and Technology teams to drive seamless and timely program/solution delivery. As part of Operations Business Integration Team and wider Operational Excellence Team, you’ll play a critical role in building EMEA Supply Chain of the Future.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

•       You are responsible for the identification, creation, coordination and deployment of Operations capabilities and solutions required for EMEA business, in collaboration with the EMEA Business and Global Teams

•       You understand interdependencies between S4 ERP solution, Tech Capabilities and other initiatives to inform and influence prioritization, sequencing and value creation.

•       You lead the creation of detailed business process documents, process flows and change impact assessments for new capabilities.

•       You co-create solution deployment plans including end user testing, performance testing, cutover readiness & execution. You lead the identification of end user testing needs and creation of a testing community to create and execute detailed test scenarios and scripts

•       You are responsible for creation of Acceptance Criteria for new capabilities and solutions in collaboration with functional teams

•       You drive business engagement through all phases of improvements, process and capability changes from solution design to delivery to drive advocacy and ownership.

•       You act as Change Leader for transformational initiatives through hands-on contribution, quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work with a large scope of stakeholders across global and EMEA teams, across Supply Chain, Technology and x-functional program/product teams. You will work together with leadership teams, technical experts, functional and capability leads, subject matter experts, testers, and business teams across all layers of the organization. You will report progress to and gain decision-making from senior stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have proven experience in Supply Chain, including Logistics (transportation and/or distribution) preferred.

  • You are strong in strategy creation and deployment. You have experience in program management and capability building. 

  • You have led improvement initiatives involving multiple, x-functional stakeholders and delivered clearly identified results and a measurable impact, through product development or process improvements. 

  • You deliver results individually as well as with teamwork. 

  • You have a process-oriented and analytical mindset and are focused on E2E Performance management. You can translate business needs and deliverables into clear and actionable KPIs and ensure delivery against these.

  • You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with and influence various levels within a matrix organization. You have clear examples of situations where you have influenced x-functional stakeholders through your work and presented your work to senior leadership in the organization.

  • You work independently and have shown your entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, with a sustainable, end-to-end approach to problem-solving
