Responsibilities:

  • Program manage the SIOP transformation across multiple workstreams to deliver business results by driving strategic direction across Business Priorities, Financial Goals, and Operations.
  • Program Lead respective PS/Print/Hybrid Divisional SIOPs workstreams and monthly alignment cadences, with cross functional senior management.
  • Drive alignment and synergy across Product Development/NPO, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning
  • Drive alignment for Demand/Supply balancing and Budeting-CapEx/Financial Processes, identify and recommend tradeoff decisions to align budget.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and report on cross-functional Metrics/KPIs to ensure effective execution, integration, and performance of the SIOP process.
  • Streamline the tranformation for the monthly rhythm of business and drive cross functional change management to enable a Mature SIOP process.
  • Continuously improve the monthly SIOP cycle, including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions, reduction of cycle-time, robust alignment with financial budgets and projections.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years (cross-functional program) experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain o focus on SIOP (S&OP / IBP)
  • Experience managing people/direct reports or leading a team (3-4 direct reports for this role)
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional workstream programs, and effectively influence teams and work with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinking and forward planning ability.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • ASCM/APICS and IBF/S&OP (SIOP / IBO) certifications
  • MS Power BI  a strong plus, or Tableau
  • SAP S/4 & IBP, Kinaxis experience a strong plus
  • ML / AI-GenAI experience a plus
  • Certified Lean/Six Sigma DMAIC  are preferred
