The Opportunity
This role suits a Business Banker ready to step into larger, more complex deals. You’ll manage an established, diversified portfolio while driving new‑to‑bank growth. Clients typically sit in the $30M–$50M turnover range, with lending needs of $10M–$30M, across cash flow, capital, transaction banking, risk and deposits.
What You’ll Do
Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
Originate new business through your network and first‑party referrals
Structure and negotiate complex lending solutions
Collaborate with product specialists to meet client needs
Represent CommBank across the region
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing a successful business banking portfolio
Proven first‑party business development capability
Background in business or commercial lending
Strong credit, financial analysis and product knowledge
Experience in the diversified sector (advantageous)
