About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process and coordinate with customers, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders through SAP or ERP systems.

• Coordinate order fulfillment from order entry to customer delivery.

• Follow up with manufacturing on production schedules and committed delivery dates.

• Plan shipment and delivery schedules with warehouses and logistics providers.

• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents regarding shipment arrangements and order status.

• Manage order amendments and communicate updates with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare order and shipping reports as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or Logistics.

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments is preferred

• Knowledge of shipping, import/export, and order fulfillment processes is advantaged
