Summary: As a Service Management Practitioner, you will support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Kolkata and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors. - Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Manage and resolve incidents within agreed service levels. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Critical Incident Management. - Strong understanding of incident management processes and best practices. - Experience in managing and resolving incidents within agreed service levels. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management principles. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Incident Management. - This position is based in Kolkata. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
