- Complete administration duties that include time and attendance system, holiday/vacation planning, production reports, back-order reviews, past due list, and safety violations/concerns.
- Drive corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
- Manage the design of manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for equipment installation, material processing, and material handling.
- Develop direct reports through mentoring, training, education, and stretch goals. Identify and develop the skills necessary to create a self-functioning, autonomous team.
- Ensure that employees are committed to, fully trained in, and conduct their activities in accordance with all aspects of Safety and Quality systems.
- Lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety programs for assigned area; ensure required environmental, safety, and health regulations are followed.
- Work with the Industrial Engineering group to collaborate and understand the manpower requirements. This includes the planning, training, and deployment of hourly employees.
- Generate ideas and be instrumental in implementing continuous improvement activities; understand the statistical analysis of projects or processes.
- Minimize inventory investment and waste while maintaining expected levels of customer service.
- Analyze & identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and minimize adjustments through process improvement, benchmarking, and dash-boarding (Tableau.)

- Confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
