What would you do? The Service Delivery Ops Specialist is accountable for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to the clients of an organization. They are tasked with overseeing a range of responsibilities including team leadership, resolving reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs/SLAs, and managing budgets. You will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our mortgage lending business while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. A service delivery ops specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing user experience by guaranteeing the efficient delivery of high-quality services that not only meet but also surpass customer expectations. - -
What are we looking for? • Ensure adherence to month-end and year-end schedule of deliverables. • Assist the team in assessing soundness of month-end deliverables. • Influence, negotiate and build an effective long-term operational relationship with internal and external clients. • Resolve complicated issues and make decision on complex matters impacting business operations. • Provide advisory to Leadership, Client Account Leads and Client Financial Management about client open items. • Provide proactive support to both internal and external clients. • Candidates with a background in Credit Assessment are preferred • Recommend and implement necessary internal control measures in accordance with established Internal Control policies in response to changing business and operational environment; always ensure effectiveness. -
Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage day to day operations with experience in Residential Mortgage process • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Lead and motivate a team of mortgage professionals, providing coaching, training and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. • Responsible for driving process automation, increase efficiency, implement & monitor process controls • Should drive the team to provide work product within the stringent timeline and improved quality • Should work independently with or without supervision • Responsible for daily and monthly reports or dashboards for client and Accenture cadence • Realize accountability and ensure the team completes the task at hand and on time • Involves high level of independent decision making • Client facing or client interaction experience is must as the process requires direct interaction with client or vendors • Responsible for performance evaluation of all team members • Manage Attrition, Attendance and Utilization as per the agreed goals in KPIs
