Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, as well as overseeing the development and testing of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Oversee the development and testing of applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful delivery of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in business requirements analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. - Experience in leading teams of developers and testers. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in application development using programming languages such as Java or .NET. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business requirements analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful applications. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
