Strategic Account Management
Develop and execute account plans for key customers in the crop protection sector, including biologicals and integrated solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Customer-Centric Solutions
Understand crop lifecycle needs and tailor solutions that combine chemical and biological products
Collaborate with agronomists, product managers, and marketing teams to co-create value-added offerings.
Commercial Execution
Drive sales performance and forecasting accuracy across assigned sectors.
Lead contract negotiations and performance tracking aligned with business goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with R&D, operations, and marketing to align product pipeline with customer needs
Contribute to capability mapping and talent development initiatives within the commercial team
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Stay informed on regulatory trends, sustainability standards, and competitive dynamics in crop protection
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Agriculture, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in Chemical, pharmaceutical and agriculture.
Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering commercial growth.
Strong understanding of biologicals, integrated crop solutions, and value chain linkages
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
Familiarity with sustainability and digital transformation in agriculture.
Experience in talent development or mentoring within commercial team.
