Role Overview:
The Senior Commercial Lead will join an already existing Sales team in Germany and will be responsible for driving LiveRamp sales and growth in Germany on selected verticals. This involves directly managing a robust direct sales pipeline, identifying and converting prospects, and upselling existing customers. The role requires close collaboration with the existing Sales team and with the rest of the organization to unlock new revenue opportunities and strengthen LiveRamp's integrated value proposition. The Senior Sales will be a key player in a fast-paced environment.
You Will:
Drive new direct sales on assigned accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, including stakeholder management, value demonstration, negotiation, and contracting with the support of other teams.
Build and expand relationships with global brands, maximizing deal value through solutions selling and long-term licenses.
Accurately manage the pipeline and sales forecast process, sharing updates in weekly leadership calls.
Provide expertise in client meetings, demonstrate industry thought leadership, and stay updated on cleanroom, cloud products, and data collaboration use cases.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Promote LiveRamp’s services within brands and attend events to build your contact network.
Collaborate with the existing Sales team and cross-functional teams to drive revenue and market growth.
Your Skills & Experience:
10+ years of enterprise sales or consultative selling experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud, data infrastructure, adtech, martech or privacy-enhancing technologies
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to prove value to clients and build commercial propositions which meet their challenges
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to navigate C-level conversations across business and technical teams
Ability to navigate complex sales engagements and foster cross-functional collaboration
High technical aptitude—you understand modern data architectures, cloud platforms, ad-tech, identity resolution, and data privacy tech
Strong process management skills and structure
Self-starter mindset—you know how to build from the ground up, adapt quickly, and thrive in ambiguity
Fluent in German and English.
Additional criteria:
Experience with data clean rooms, identity resolution, or cloud data ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake)
A proven track record of success selling into one or several of the following verticals: Travel & Hospitality, Health, Financial Services, Autos, Luxury, Entertainment, Utilities.
