The Senior Manager, Sports Sponsorship Commercialization, is a key member of a small, high-performing team dedicated to strengthening the CVS brand in an increasingly competitive marketplace. This position calls for an experienced “strategy athlete” responsible for supporting comprehensive sponsorship strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of the sports industry and a proven track record in managing and activating high-value sponsorship deals. Someone equipped to help bring our sport strategy to life through a retail lens by driving deeper customer engagement with our brand, products, and services.
This position will be responsible for partnering with teams such as enterprise brand strategy, media, marketing strategy, merchandising, store operations, creative and analytics with the goal of positioning CVS for sustained and innovative brand growth through sponsorships. Key responsibilities include supporting the activation of multi-year partnership agreements with the National Women’s Soccer League and United States Soccer Federation. Additionally, there is an untapped opportunity related to partnerships with CPG suppliers who have their own sponsorships across major sports and are looking to uniquely activate at CVS.
The ideal candidate for this role will blend their expertise in sports sponsorship strategy with compelling activation abilities. Strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships across the enterprise are critical for success in this role.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
