Major Responsibilities
Manage Operational Functions and Responsible for:
• Day-to-day activities required in the Learning Management System (LMS), including class set-up, user provisioning, registration, billing, attendance, etc.
• Data integrity within the technology ecosystem and/or shared data and documents
• Ongoing documentation of administrative activities in the form of standard operating procedures or user guides
• Call center activities including responding to learners, dealer partners, and internal teams via email and/or phone
• Creating and providing reports and/or other documentation relating to performance
• Troubleshooting system errors or issues
• Securing meeting space for facilitation activities and internal specialist onboarding
• Workforce management - allocating specialist resources and complying with changing workplace/state procedures and regulations
• Fulfillment of supplies or other training materials to include print requests, materials pull, and shipping
• Process improvement opportunities
• Working within established processes to triage incoming requests or issues as level 1 support for internal and external customers
• Projects, enhancements, upgrades, and testing within the technology ecosystem
• Serving as a liaison between Performance Development Services & Specialists and other departments or vendors
• Communication and report outs of data and operational activities
• Other operational duties or projects as assigned
