A Day in the Life

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Office Logistics admin to join our HRL3 team. This role supports operational efficiency through administrative coordination, reporting, and process improvement across logistics functions.
To be eligible for this position, you must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week and be willing to commute to Heerlen.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support day-to-day issue resolving and complaint handling processes, such as analyzing delivery issues, answering enquiries and follow-up with customer care and transport teams
  • Act as a single point of contact for Service Incident Reports (SIR) in our Heerlen DC
  • Provide reporting on KPI trending and provide feedback to management on trending
  • Strive to ensure excellent quality and set a new standard for issue resolving within our facility
  • Translate customer complaints into actionable improvement initiatives for our operational teams
  • Support continuous improvement, while sustaining standardization and keeping a quality-oriented mindset.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service and/or complaint handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong sense of responsibility, curiosity and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • You can build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues in other departments and disciplines
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with KPI reporting.
