We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Experience Manager with expertise in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees in AML and KYC practices within an international BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Development:

    • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs focused on AML and KYC compliance.
    • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
    • Ensure all training content is up-to-date with current AML and KYC regulations and industry best practices.
  • Training Delivery:

    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels, from new hires to experienced staff.
    • Utilize a variety of training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
    • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:

    • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Conduct regular evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.
    • Track and report on training outcomes, including knowledge retention and application of skills.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

    • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), compliance officers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning programs with organizational goals.
    • Maintain strong relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in learning technologies.
    • Implement innovative training solutions and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on AML and KYC training.
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in an international BPO or similar environment.
    • Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of AML and KYC regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent instructional design and content development skills.
    • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
