As a member of the Accounting Department, the Staff Accountant will play a critical role within the Finance organization, owning various core operational accounting activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of owned accounting areas, assisting with the month-end close process, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about continuous improvement. The Staff Accountant will not only execute core accounting responsibilities with precision but will also bring curiosity, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset to help streamline processes and raise the bar for operational excellence.
