About The Team And The Role

We are looking for a Global Facilities Manager with extensive experience in Industrial Engineering. This position directs the planning, construction, operation, and ongoing enhancement of our facilities warehouse network. This position is charged with making certain that all locations function safely, effectively, sustainably, and in harmony with business expansion goals!

The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking approach, deep technical expertise, and proven experience optimizing complex, multi-site environments through data-driven decision-making and standardized processes.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Develop and finalize a worldwide facilities plan aligned with business, operational, and growth objectives

  • Coordinate day-to-day technical facilities operations across multiple regions and site types (warehouses, manufacturing, etc.)

  • Maintain high availability, reliability, and performance of building systems (Conveyors, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, utilities)

  • Apply industrial engineering principles to improve space utilization, workflows, asset performance, and operational efficiency

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

  • Establish global standards, critical metrics, and guidelines for facilities development, maintenance, and operations

  • Lead global capital planning, budgeting, and execution of facility upgrades, expansions, and new builds

  • Partner with build, construction, and engineering teams to ensure projects meet technical, cost, schedule, and quality expectations

  • Manage commissioning, validation, and handover to operations

  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, codes, and EHS requirements

  • Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and resource optimization

  • Implement risk management and business continuity plans for critical infrastructure

  • Manage global vendor relationships, service contracts, and outsourced facilities providers

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Finance, IT, and Real Estate teams

  • Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for complex facilities issues and customer concerns

  • Own global facilities budgets, forecasting, and cost controls

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining performance and safety standards

  • Develop arguments and value analyses for capital and operational investments

  • Up to 25–40% domestic and international travel, depending on business needs

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering, or technical operations

  • Experience managing global or multi-site facilities

  • Solid understanding of building systems, infrastructure, and maintenance approaches

  • Demonstrated skill in applying industrial engineering methods to practical operational issues

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex technical projects

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)

  • Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, data centers, or other technically complex environments

  • Familiarity with CMMS, IWMS, and data-driven facilities analytics

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP)

  • Data-driven decision making

  • Global perspective and cultural awareness

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Financial competence and forward-looking planning

  • Lead facilities strategy at a global scale

  • Drive meaningful operational and sustainability impact

  • Work at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategy

  • Partner with dedicated teams across regions and subject areas

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$96,800 - $165,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
