Summary:
In this role, you will drive and oversee the successful execution of the comprehensive integration & transformation program. You will work closely with the VP Enterprise Planning and Chief Integration & Transformation Officer ensuring visibility across all initiatives with a special focus on preventing duplicative efforts and providing necessary support for key projects. You will lead of all TMO operations, collaborate with workstream leads, committees, and key teams including Finance & Accounting, IT, Human Resources, Operations, and Corporate Communication, to drive the successful execution of integration & transformative initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration & transformation strategy aligned with the organization's vision and goals. Identify key areas for transformation and create a roadmap to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the transformation initiatives.
Program Management: Lead end-to-end transformation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established goals and objectives. Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and resources. Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful program completion.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders. Engage stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle to ensure their support and involvement. Communicate program goals, progress, and challenges effectively to gain buy-in and alignment.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans in partnership with the Change Management team to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to overcome barriers. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and project teams to facilitate a smooth transition.
Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with transformation programs. Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor progress to minimize potential impact on program objectives. Proactively identify and address issues that may arise during program execution. Implement effective risk communication and escalation processes.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure successful program delivery. Collaborate with project teams to define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed. Identify resource gaps and work with stakeholders to address them.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success. Monitor program performance, track progress against targets, and report on program status to stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and optimize outcomes. Encourage innovation and creativity within the transformation program. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in transformation management.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience implementing and leading transformation strategies.
Previous leadership and supervisory experience.
Proven ability to consult across functional areas working collaboratively with others.
Experience in developing performance KPIs and metrics.
Ability to effectively present information to top management
Ability to prioritize work efforts and influence the work of others.
Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $223,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
