Position Summary

1. Identify sales opportunities and maximize orders through technical sales activities for B2B customers on the company's products and services.
2. Improve customer satisfaction and receive more orders by offering timely response to the technical issues that may arise during technical sales activities.

Role and Responsibilities

The primary focus of the role will identify B2B business opportunity in Thailand, develop & align TSE B2B strategy including new initiatives, key deliverables/KPIs, and monitoring execution plan to ensure achievement in annual sales target, contribution profits, budgets and overall company objectives.

The main duties and responsibilities

  • Analyse internal sources of data and any other relevant information source, conduct further study on Market landscape & Competitive landscape to identify Total Addressable Market (TAM) of each vertical to identify where to play? (must-win battle / focused verticals) and how to win? (strategic direction) 
  • Align B2B strategy from Suwon office to formulate, recommend TSE B2B strategy and execution plan. Monitors implementation of strategies and execution plan.      
  • Align key KPIs e.g. MP, %sales growth, budget, profit (%CP), %market share, New BOs, and reflect KPIs in MBO of B2B KAM team according to guidance from RHQ
  • Create monitoring reports against KPIs, do gap analysis and identify relevant action plan. Presents findings, conclusions, and recommendations to RHQ, B2B team and others  
  • Consolidate integrated B2B budget planning and evaluation 
  • Lead in new initiative project to drive B2B revenue growth

Integrated B2B customer database, dashboard and analysis 

  • Prepare integrated B2B customer database/ account mapping from SFDC and SAP e.g. standard customer name, vertical, project name, historical sell-in by product
  • Coordinate with BI team to create IDEA BO monitoring dashboard in multiple perspectives, integrated with Sell-in report & SCM report (AP1, RTF) to report performance, identify root causes & gap against target to direct supervisors/B2B KAM team/B2B management/RHQ on weekly basis
  • Lead in weekly performance review with Head of KAM, propose action plan and support needed to close gap in weekly B2B KAM meeting session    
  • Send regular and ad-hoc dashboard with analysis to direct supervisors/B2B KAM team/B2B management/RHQ 
  • Work closely with Finance team to analyse portfolio and vertical profitability
  • Conduct high impact presentations to direct supervisors/B2B KAM team/B2B management/RHQ 

Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in Business consultant or Business development role with proven track record
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office/ Database management/ SFDC
  • Strong Analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Great presentation and public speaking skills
  • Practiced written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong business instincts and ambition to grow and learn
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in a collaborative setting
  • Experience working in finance, marketing, or analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others
