JR61063 STAFF ENGINEER, NVMQRAThe general responsibilities of the position are the following:
- Reliability testing for PCIe based NVMe SSDs SSDs for enterprise-level customers
- Optimize and improve the quality of the Micron products in alignment with product design.
- Analyze and root cause the issues.
-Report product defects and collaborate with other engineering groups towards resolution
- Test Data Analysis
- Leading the meetings and project related activities.
An ideal candidate in this position will have:
a) 2 -12 years of experience in any of the following:
i) NAND Product/Device engineering
ii) Non-volatile Memory Product/Device engineering
iii) Reliability engineering in Semiconductor domain
b) Working experience with Solid State Drive firmware, drivers and/or applications
c) Working experience in NVMe, PCIe, SAS and/or SATA based product development or Validation
d) Knowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies such as NAND, NOR or DRAM
e) Knowledge of 2D & 3D NAND in device physics, reliability & endurance statistical data analysis in Excel, R or JMP (Preferred)
f) Prior experience in quality and reliability (Preferred)
g) A high degree of self-initiative and the ability to think and act independently.
h) Experience with programming/scripting languages in C, C++ or Python (Good to have)
i) Working experience in Linux environment (Good to have)
j) Applied knowledge of automated test equipment (ATE), oscilloscopes, logic and/or interface protocol analyzers
