Inside Sales Renewal Advisor

What you will do

Reporting to Inside Sales Manager. Our Renewal team supply renewal quotations to our customers and process all orders through Servicemax to handing over to our CSC teams.

How you will do it

• Requesting quotes and prices from suppliers
• Producing Renewal documentation to our customers
• Doing profitability checks on contracts.
• Providing customer service including updates to customers
• Seeing order through to CSC
• Ad hoc admin tasks
• Ringing customers to provide customer care and relationship building.

What we look for

• Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload.
• Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s set.
• Product knowledge in the fire suppression / detection business would be an advantage.
