Major Responsibilities
· Manage the hardware, including servers, PCs, projectors, and networking hardware in labs at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, the Columbus campus, the Franklin Campus and at Columbus Signature Academy as needed
· Manage the 4 labs across three counties
· Provide student support during open lab hours and assist instructor during classes
· Provide technical and user support and guidance in a positive and cooperative manner, exhibiting friendly, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
· Follow regular equipment maintenance schedules, and follow preventative measures as instructed to reduce downtime
· Assist in moving equipment as assigned
· Maintain process documentation for all labs

Minimum Qualifications
AAS or higher in a computer-related field. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be a self-starter and willing to learn on the fly.
Preferred Qualifications
May substitute equivalent experience and or certifications for degree. Must be proficient with current hardware and software technology. Professional experience preferred. Knowledge of SmartDeploy a plus.
Other Requirements
Any of the following certifications preferred: A+, Network+, CCNA, Security+, Microsoft Server certifications.
Must be willing to work on-site at the various locations indicated in the Major Responsibilities section
