Job Description:

Who we are:

Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem. With the ability to reach nearly 90% of the global population, we play a vital role in the worldwide IT sales channel, bringing products and services from technology manufacturers and cloud providers to business-to-business technology experts. Our market reach, diverse solutions and services portfolio, and digital platform Ingram Micro Xvantage™ set us apart.

What you will do:

As a Sr. Principal UX Researcher, you will shape Ingram Micro’s end-to-end customer experience strategy through research leadership and insight-driven influence. Working across the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding and activation to daily platform usage, expansion, and support - you will ensure customer insights directly inform product direction, business decisions, and experience improvements across the ecosystem.

You will:

  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to define research priorities, uncover customer needs, and bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problem spaces

  • Mentor mid-level UX Researchers, elevating research quality, strengthening problem framing, and helping them grow in strategic thinking and storytelling

  • Own the UX research strategy and roadmap, with a primary focus on improving the Xvantage platform and aligning research with critical product and business objectives.

  • Influence product and experience decisions by translating insights into actionable recommendations and challenging assumptions that lack user evidence.

  • Advocate for customer-centered decision-making by embedding research early in the product development process and promoting evidence-based choices.

  • Partner with Data Science and Business Analytics teams to combine qualitative and quantitative insights for a holistic understanding of customer behavior.

  • Champion UX Research across the organization by building awareness, driving adoption, and helping teams understand when validation is needed.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations with clarity and conviction, ensuring findings not only inform decisions but actively shape prioritization, trade-offs, and roadmap direction.

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of UX research experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product strategy and decision-making in complex environments

  • Experience working in Agile and Lean UX environments, embedding research into fast-paced product development while maintaining quality and rigor

  • Strong advocate for customer-centered design and UX Research, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive evidence-based decision-making

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, independently setting research priorities, and framing impactful questions in evolving business environments.

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations that drive action.

  • Experience building or contributing to Voice of Customer (VoC) programs, synthesizing research, analytics, surveys, and data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with complex B2B SaaS products, especially enterprise platforms with multi-step workflows and end-to-end user journeys.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to align stakeholders and bring clarity in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.

  • Experience using quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, behavioral data analysis) to complement qualitative insights and answer key product questions.

  • Experience working on AI-powered or agentic AI products, including usability, trust, and interaction patterns, along with competitive analysis of agentic AI experiences.

What we have for you:

  • Competitive salary & Bonus system? – Yes, of course!

  • Additional health insurance? – A very good one, by the way.

  • Food vouchers & Transport Allowance? – Absolutely!

  • Well-being Program & Multisport card? – We care about our health, so yes!

  • Referral and baby bonus? – No doubt about it.

  • Paid holiday days increasing in time? – Of course.

  • Company discounts, that are actually usable? – You bet!

  • Language courses? – Yes, you can easily upgrade your work language with us!

  • Free access to an online learning platform? – Yes, yes, yes.

  • Many trainings and academies, including opportunity for ACCA certification? – Obviously.

  • Great career growth and development opportunities? – Let’s see… Yes!

  • Hybrid type of work? – Absolutely!

  • Recognition awards? – Of course.

  • Trending social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.)? – go and check for yourself

  • Modern office space with free coffee and hot beverages? – And the coffee is actually good!
