Role Summary

The Director, Partner Co‑Innovation & Strategic Execution is a senior individual contributor accountable for advancing Adobe’s partner co‑innovation strategy through disciplined execution, operating model leadership, and executive‑level decision support. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating complex partner opportunities into structured, scalable co‑innovation motions that drive early adoption, pipeline creation, and long‑term ecosystem impact.

With broad autonomy and significant influence, the Director owns critical components of the partner co‑innovation operating model and leads high‑visibility partner‑led solution initiatives with GSIs and agencies. The role is expected to operate independently in ambiguous environments, exercise sound judgment, and shape outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Ownership of the Partner Co‑Innovation Operating Model

  • Own and evolve core elements of Adobe’s partner co‑innovation operating model, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across initiatives

  • Lead complex, multi‑party solution co‑creation efforts, aligning Adobe’s product and architectural capabilities with partner‑led solution strategies

  • Define solution success criteria, maturity models, milestones, and validation paths that support monetization and field readiness

  • Establish standards for solution documentation, readiness artifacts, and maturity checkpoints used across teams and leadership forums

2. Senior IC Leadership within Co‑Innovation Programs

  • Serve as a senior IC leader within the co‑innovation program, accountable for execution quality, momentum, and outcomes across priority initiatives

  • Own partner intake and progression mechanisms, including structured engagement through Joint Partnership Agreements

  • Ensure co‑innovation initiatives are aligned with field, industry, and revenue priorities to maximize downstream impact

  • Shape operating cadences, governance rhythms, and leadership‑ready narratives that enable informed decision‑making

3. Executive‑Level Execution and Governance Leadership

  • Lead development of executive‑level materials, insights, and recommendations for senior governance and strategic forums

  • Own tracking, synthesis, and interpretation of solution maturity, pipeline signals, and early impact indicators

  • Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps; drive resolution through influence and escalation as needed

  • Ensure partner‑led initiatives progress with predictability and discipline from incubation through early field enablement

4. Enable Scale and Ecosystem Transition

  • Lead transition planning for matured partner solutions into scaled ecosystem programs and repeatable field motions

  • Drive development of solution playbooks, GTM narratives, and enablement assets in partnership with cross‑functional teams

  • Synthesize partner, field, and internal feedback into actionable improvements to operating models and solution motions

  • Build and maintain trusted, senior‑level relationships across partners and internal stakeholders to sustain momentum and alignment

  • Sustained positive feedback from senior partners and internal stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications

Required

  • ~12+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, program leadership, consulting, or enterprise technology environments

  • Demonstrated success operating as a senior individual contributor driving complex, cross‑functional initiatives

  • Deep experience working with GSIs or agencies on solution development, transformation, or GTM efforts

  • Strong executive communication skills and experience supporting senior‑level decision‑making

  • Proven ability to create structure, clarity, and momentum in ambiguous environments

Preferred

  • Background in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or partner‑driven growth models

  • Experience in consulting, transformation programs, or PMO leadership contexts

  • Exposure to front‑office transformation, digital experience platforms, martech, or data‑driven solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without formal authority

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $256,900 -- $414,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $286,400 - $414,800 In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $280,600 - $406,300 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $280,600 - $406,300 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $281,500 - $407,650

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
