The Country Activation Marketing Specialist will report to Area Marketing Operations Leader

Job Overview

The role of the Country Activation Marketing Specialist is to focus on division-focused marketing campaign execution, which includes the preparation of marketing assets both digital and offline, campaign execution, pricing calculation, exhibition preparation, and other activities for business growth.

The responsible countries are Indonesia and Singapore. English communication is highly preferable in addition to the local language in Indonesia

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Execute marketing campaigns to reach out to both end customers and channel partners.

• Handle product-related matters such as selling price and P&L calculation, demand and supply, and support for new product introductions in collaboration with the portfolio coordinator.

• Communicate with related functions such as the portfolio coordinator, finance, division sales leader and their team members, and other function members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business course
• English communication skills (speaking and writing) in addition to the local Indonesian language
• Product marketing or promotion marketing experience is preferable
• General proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an understanding of Power BI and SharePoint
• Experience working with 3M and SAP systems is preferable
