Job Description: Senior Software Engineer 

Job Title: Java Software Engineer (SAP Commerce / Java) 

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable SAP Commerce Environment. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new features 

• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve productions issues. 

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers. 

• Mentor and guide new team members when necessary. 

What we're looking for: 

• Proven hands-on Software Development experience. 

• Proven working experience in Java development. 

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Commerce and Spring Boot Applications 

• Experience in Adaptive Search and SOLR 

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. 

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) and SAP Commerce Data Models 

• Experience with test-driven development. 

• Experience in one of the Version Control (Bitbucket Preferred) 

• Experienced with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle. 

• 5 years of experience in Design/ Develop Hybris Applications  

• Hands-on experience in B2C/B2B Operations like  (Cart, Checkout , My Account , Promotions )  

• Experience in Adaptive Search and SOLR  

• Experience in Hot Folder / Third Party integrations  

• Experience in SAP Data models Design and Customization  

• Experience in customization of Backoffice/WCMS/Smart Edit 

• Experience in Import/ Export / Flexible Search Capabilities
