Job Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) team in the Netherlands. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to grow and make an impact in a supportive, international environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to help find and hire great people across the Netherlands and beyond.

What you'll do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all professional positions, from initial outreach to interview and final offer

  • Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn and Workday to build and manage unique candidate pipelines

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, obsessing over every detail to create a magical journey

  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity, proactively share updates with all stakeholders, and use insights to continuously improve the recruiting process

  • Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.

  • Attention to Detail: Execute detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy

About you:

  • Experience: You have at least 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing and pipeline management

  • Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS) - (Workday knowledge is a bonus), data management/reporting tools, and workplace collaboration tools

  • Partnership Skills: You are enthusiastic and confident in partnering with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process

  • Passion for Innovation: You have a strong passion for leveraging technology and innovation to drive recruitment efficiency and secure high-quality hires

  • Fluent English and Dutch; proficiency in French or Italian is considered a strong advantage
     

This is a fixed-term role with the opportunity to become permanent. The position is based at our facility in Eindhoven (ACHTSEWEG NOORD 14, 5651 GG EINDHOVEN, Netherlands).
