About the Role
Orchard is looking for a customer and results focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a venture-backed startup and play an instrumental role in making the home buying and selling experience easier for our customers. The Inside Sales Associate plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls and will be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard. You will pitch Orchard's various service offerings to potential customers with the goal of scheduling time with them and a licensed real estate agent. You will be expected to maintain a personal database of leads and share customer learnings to help us better service customers with superior offline and online experiences.
This is a Full Time, remote role (based in either Arizona or Georgia) that will report into the Inside Sales Manager. The schedule for this role is Wednesday through Sunday. Times for Wednesday-Friday are 8:30-5:30 Local Time and Saturday and Sunday 9:00-6:00 pm Local Time.
