Overview:
- Develop, implement, manage and continuously improve strategy for the entire National kitroom operation.
- Direct the kitroom operation, which encompasses all aspects of long-term and short-term consignment in relation to; inbound and outbound logistics flows, kit inventory management, kit creation, kit build, kit maintenance, kit lifecycle management and their related processes.
- Steer the kitroom operation towards improved operational service commitments, as well as the organizations objectives, mission and values.
- Identify talent and cultivate a culture of talent development and succession planning.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement, optimization, simplification, efficiency, engagement, productivity and cost effectiveness.

Leadership:
- Direct reports Team Leaders, Seniors and Representatives
- Leadership duties coaching, mentoring, empowering, work allocation, resource allocation, change management, quality checks, team motivation, objective setting, performance management, pay decisions and budget responsibilities.
Formal Education
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or similar
- Project Management and/or Finance qualifications would be advantage
Experience
- CRM (Sales Force, Goldmine or similar)
- 3 years of people management experience
- Experience with 15+ direct reports
