You will be supporting the successful management and delivery of complex projects and initiatives including the identification, assessment, implementation and embedding of fit-for purpose solutions. Working on mix of Agile and Waterfall projects that can be either compliance or technology related.
This role is being offered as a 12 month maximum term with the possibility of extension.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with external or group wide specialists to facilitate ideation, requirement gathering, design and delivery of initiatives
- Generating insights, identifying key and emerging trends and issues relating to delivering Insurance strategy and underpinning capabilities
- Analysing, modelling and determining appropriate approaches to improve member experience and operational efficiency
- Providing data-driven recommendations on the improvement of systems and processes, measuring success of implementation and sharing key lessons learned
- Supporting the capability uplift of in relation to regulation changes across the business
- Developing and expanding continuous improvement toolkit and collateral to ensure reusability and adoption across the business
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience with business requirements elicitation, analysis, workshop facilitation and supporting business case development
- Proven track record of translating highly technical and detailed data into user-friendly documentation and recommendations based on the data
- Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and identify and mitigate risks to the program as well as opportunities
- Strong conceptual, financial, analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborates effectively with other teams across the organisation, demonstrating understanding around what motivates and challenges colleagues in different areas.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong strategy analysis skills, including current state and future state assessments, ability to analyse gaps and options, and translate into practical business recommendations
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative project delivery environment
