You will be supporting the successful management and delivery of complex projects and initiatives including the identification, assessment, implementation and embedding of fit-for purpose solutions. Working on mix of Agile and Waterfall projects that can be either compliance or technology related.

This role is being offered as a 12 month maximum term with the possibility of extension.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborating with external or group wide specialists to facilitate ideation, requirement gathering, design and delivery of initiatives
  • Generating insights, identifying key and emerging trends and issues relating to delivering Insurance strategy and underpinning capabilities
  • Analysing, modelling and determining appropriate approaches to improve member experience and operational efficiency
  • Providing data-driven recommendations on the improvement of systems and processes, measuring success of implementation and sharing key lessons learned
  • Supporting the capability uplift of in relation to regulation changes across the business
  • Developing and expanding continuous improvement toolkit and collateral to ensure reusability and adoption across the business

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience with business requirements elicitation, analysis, workshop facilitation and supporting business case development
  • Proven track record of translating highly technical and detailed data into user-friendly documentation and recommendations based on the data
  • Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and identify and mitigate risks to the program as well as opportunities 
  • Strong conceptual, financial, analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborates effectively with other teams across the organisation, demonstrating understanding around what motivates and challenges colleagues in different areas.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
  • Strong strategy analysis skills, including current state and future state assessments, ability to analyse gaps and options, and translate into practical business recommendations
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative project delivery environment
