Be a part of our team in which you will:

  • Maintain and improve the security infrastructure.
  • Gather requirements and evaluate security products to further enhance our infrastructure and security practices.
  • Understand potential and emerging information security threats, vulnerabilities and control techniques, communicate this knowledge to relevant team members.
  • Implement, integrate and configure all new security solutions and any enhancements to existing security systems.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with team members from Infrastructure and Network teams, as well as various business units, to ensure a shared understanding of security goals across the organization.
  • Continuously research and introduce measures for improving security processes and metrics, present suggestions.
  • Document all procedures within the security engineering department.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure high-quality service delivery, implement and monitor best practices, solutions, and security standards.
  • Participate in projects where analysis of circumstances and data requires a deep understanding of organizational goals, operational efficiency, and the functioning principles of the Corporation.
  • Ensure service delivery is compliant with regulations and legal requirements applicable to individual entities within the Organization.

What you need to be successful:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / Management Information Systems or related field
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and intermediate Polish (B2)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT security field
  • Preferred certifications in enterprise information security such as CISSP or GIAC.
  • Practical technical knowledge in areas such as IDS/IPS, log and event monitoring, TCP/IP and other protocols.
  • Good knowledge of proxy servers, content filtering, AV/anti-malware solutions, and email protection/encryption products.
  • Desired hands-on experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems, and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
  • Ability to present complex IT concepts in business-friendly language.
