What you will do:

• Provides support to Brand/marketing managers in the development and sales support of within local markets. Main lead for the product segment in market for marketing.
• Develops, drives, and supports central and local tactics, actions, and campaigns to drive business results
• Performs sales and marketing analysis, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations, and publicity.
• Gathers internal and external market insights to share with stakeholders
• Supports trade shows and commercial excellence activities for the sales teams.
• Provides sales training, develops roadmaps, and supports new product launches
• Develops the Annual Marketing plan for Iberia
• Supports new product launches by aligning all the internal departments to make it happen

What you need

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree Marketing or Scientific related field

• Min 1 years of work experience in Marketing or in the Medical Devices industry
• Fluent level of English and one between Italian and Spanish
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):

• 1 year of Marketing experience in the Medical devices industry
• Fluency in both Italian and Spanish
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
