Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve efficiency and user experience. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as priorities and project scopes may evolve throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the platform.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications to meet diverse business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within cloud-based environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
