We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Intern - Business Technology / Intern - Program Operations to join our dynamic Business technology team.
As a Program Operations Intern, you will support our technical program management function, focusing on operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in agile project management tools and practices, providing a solid foundation for a future career in technical program management.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in technical program management while contributing to real-world projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for streamlining processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Support program operations and project management processes
Analyze and report on project metrics and performance indicators
Contribute to data visualization and dashboard creation
Assist in maintaining and improving project documentation systems
Participate and assist in process improvement and automation initiatives
Aid in sprint planning, tracking, and review processes
Support stakeholder communication and reporting activities
Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
Strong interest in data, project management and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with agile project management concepts
Working knowledge and understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
Knowledge of automation tools like Workato
Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau)
Understanding of software development processes
Basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus
