Saint Luke’s Hospital is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Surgical Intermediate Cardiac Care Unit team. Saint Luke’s Hospital is a Magnet-designated, Academic Medical Center located just north of the Country Club Plaza Shopping district. In this position, you will be responsible for providing patient care to high-acuity, cardiac patients with various diagnoses. This is a fast-paced team-oriented unit that offers nurses continuous learning and professional development so they can become the best nurses they can be. As a Registered Nurse on SICC, you will be challenged to provide care to a variety of cardiac patients with a variety of diagnoses. You will learn something new every day.

Responsibilities:
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
